Position Summary:

CACC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Worker Instructor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging instruction in a variety of courses. The position includes teaching expertise in the following courses:

Institutional Food Service/Role of the Food Service Worker Communication Skills for the Food Service Worker Sanitation and Safety Quantity Food Preparation Nutrition and Health Medical Emergencies
Shift Time:

Evening hours (Mon- Thu 5:00pm - 10:00 pm)

Requirements:

DEP/Post Secondary Diploma in Professional Cooking and or Food & Beverage Minimum of 3000 hours of work experience in the field Solid knowledge of and general experience in the trade Experience with adult teaching is preferred. Excellent lesson planning, computer, communication, presentation, and organizational skills are required. Passion for Education and creating positive learning experiences for others. Strong work ethic and reliability.
