Job Description

Superior Facility Services is a family owned company who have been providing services to long term care and retirement facilities for over 30 years. Currently we are searching for Food Service Worker / Dietary Aides for one of our locations in Orangeville Ontario - Avalon Retirement Lodge.

These are permanent positions (not seasonal)- candidate must be available for both weekday and weekend shifts. As an essential services employees are required to work during the pandemic and to be in compliance with provincial regulations pertaining to immunization in the industry.

The Job:

Serve meals to residents in a professional and courteous manner; assist in set up and preparation for food service; set and clear dining tables and deliver tray service as required; assist with cleaning of dishware, cutlery at conclusion of each seating; comply with all provincial regulations and established department policies and procedures and be aware of Resident Rights and Responsibilities; complete all other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Food Handler's Certificate is required (or be willing to obtain); experience in food services is an asset but willing to train the right candidate.
