Learn more about the opportunities we create for students, employees, and our province at bowvalleycollege.ca.NOTE: This is a temporary position till April 10, 2026, open to internal candidates only.Position SummaryFaculty in School of Community Studies are responsible for providing instruction to learners; evaluating learner progress, designing and developing curriculum and instructional materials, and supporting learners in meeting the learning outcomes of their courses and programs.Candidates must be committed to effective teaching and demonstrate the ability to teach courses within the field of Early Childhood Education and Development. This includes but is not limited to teaching face to face; on-line; in blended delivery settings; and in the workplace.Position responsibilities and accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides Quality Instruction in Courses as Assigned
• Provides a Positive Learning Experience for Learners

Requirements

• Bachelor-Early Childhood Education or related degree.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Valid AECEA (Association of Early Childhood Educators of Alberta) membership.
• Police information check including a vulnerable sector search.
• An equivalent combination of directly related education and experience may be considered

Preferred

• Master -ECE or related degree, in progress or completed is preferred.
• 4 years of related experience preferred.
