About us Somali Canadian Society is a Calgary based not for profit organization that supports newcomer and immigrants. we are hiring LINC instructor for our weekend LINC program. **Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with students in a dynamic learning environment. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum - Provide instruction, support, and guidance to students - Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere - Assess student progress and provide feedback - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience - Stay current with industry trends and educational best practices **Requirements:** - Bachelor\'s degree in [related field] or equivalent experience - Previous teaching or training experience is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for education and helping others succeed - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners Join us in shaping the minds of future generations and making a difference in the lives of our students.
