Position Title Instructor, Business (Expression of Interest)
Required Qualifications

• MBA, or related Masters degree.
• Candidates with bachelor\'s degree, relevant professional designation and / or experience may be considered.
• Accounting Stream: Ability to teach diploma-level courses such as (but not limited to) Introductory Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Corporate Finance, Managerial Accounting, Business Mathematics, and similar.
• General Business Stream: Ability to teach diploma-level courses such as (but not limited to) Business Communications, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing, Strategic Management, Project Management and / or Operations Management.
• Demonstrated excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates possessing teaching experience at a post-secondary level, though we encourage candidates with only the educational requirements to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. or DBA preferred.
• Demonstrated use of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to create a welcoming, responsive, and student-centred classroom.
• Related experience in business and online course delivery would be considered an asset.
• Professional Designation (CFA, CPA, CPHR, CSCP, or equivalent)

Advertised Salary Faculty salary range is $80,787.79 to $122,319.47 per annum. Placement on the salary grid is reflective upon educational and experiential qualifications. Keyano College also offers an attractive benefits package.
