Instructor Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Instructor to join our team. As an Assistant Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead instructor in providing quality education and care to children. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young minds.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead instructor in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment for children
- Support children's learning and development through engaging the Kumon program
- Collaborate with the lead instructor to assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Skills:
- Strong skills in Math( Grade 8-12) and Reading (K-12)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$18.50 per hour
