Crossing All Bridges Learning Centre is seeking a compassionate, creative, and team-oriented

Instructional Support

to help deliver high-quality programs for adults with developmental disabilities.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you'll work alongside our Program Instructors to support lesson planning, develop resources, assist participants, and contribute to fun and meaningful daily programming. You will also support community outings, special events, and occasional program coverage.

What You'll Do

Support program planning, activities, and resource creation

Assist individuals during lessons, outings, and volunteer activities

Help maintain a welcoming, safe program environment

Complete documentation and maintain files

Collaborate with a dedicated team

Represent CABLC at community events

Provide occasional program coverage as needed

What You Bring

Postsecondary diploma/certificate in a related field or relevant experience

Experience instructing, guiding, or supporting individuals or groups

Strong communication skills

Ability to work with diverse populations using an inclusive, non-judgmental approach

Comfort supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

Creativity, patience, enthusiasm, and teamwork

Emotional maturity, strong personal values, and the ability to remain calm, reflective, and professional in a fast-paced, people-centred environment

First Aid/CPR and a Vulnerable Sector Check are required. A valid driver's license and insurance are needed only if transporting participants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
