Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programs and training
  • Lead the planning, analysis, design and development process for multiple learning units simultaneously
  • Facilitate interviews with various subject matter experts to capture content, create training documentation and translate ideas into useful written content and course materials
  • Perform all phases of documentation development including planning, research, writing, reviewing, editing and publishing to multiple formats
  • Develop presentations, graphical images, flow charts, diagrams, and screen shots
  • Determine the proper blend of instructor-led, hands-on and web-based learning solutions
  • Actively research and recommend innovative learning tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions
  • Advance and implement learning and development initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with learning technology experts
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma in training design and delivery, management or other related field
  • 3 to 5 years of training and instructional design experience, with a focus on adult learning principles
  • 1 to 3 years of e-learning solution development experience including experience with e-learning software; Articulate, Storyline or Studio is preferred
  • Ability to Speak French and English (written and oral)
  • Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
  • Advanced project management experience
  • Understanding of style guides for various industries is required
  • Advanced experience with screen capture software and graphic design using Photoshop, Acrobat or similar tools
