Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Learning and Development Analyst/ LMS Administrator is responsible for the learning and policies administration, LMS oversight, talent, performance and objectives administration, and special projects as they emerge. This is a full-time, permanent position, fully on-site. Start date: ASAP.

Participating in the implementation and execution of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals module
/li

li
Administering the Learning Management System (LMS)
/li

li
Administering the Corporate trainings and recertifications
/li

li
Conducting needs analysis by consulting organizational leaders & HR, analyzing data and conducting research
/li

li
Supporting the delivery of L&D initiatives by coordinating and executing program logistics, organizing necessary materials and managing facility support
/li

li
Evaluating the impact and return on investment of L&D initiatives by tracking learning metrics, measuring impact of learning and progress against goals to make recommendations on existing and future initiatives
/li

li
Developing, updating and rolling out company\'s policies
/li

li
Administering the performance cycle and succession planning in collaboration with the HRBP\'s
/li

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education

Knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance and goals module is ideal

li
Must have LMS administration experience or knowledge; implementation is an asset
/li

li
5+ years of experience in Human Resources managing the full talent cycle
/li
