Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of MNP programs and training, ensuring effective use of appropriate training delivery methodologies
  • Lead the planning, analysis, design and development process for multiple learning units simultaneously
  • Facilitate interviews with various Subject Matter Experts (SME\xe2\x80\x99s) to capture content, create training documentation and translate ideas into useful written content and course materials
  • Determine the proper blend of instructor-led, hands-on and web-based learning solutions
  • Develop graphical images, flow charts, diagrams and screen shots for inclusion in all documentation
  • Perform all phases of documentation development including planning, research, writing, reviewing, editing and publishing to multiple formats
  • Actively research and recommend innovative learning tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advance and implement initiatives approved by the Senior Director of Learning & Development
  • Nurture relationships with learning technology experts
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP\xe2\x80\x99s services, businesses and industry
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Raise awareness of MNP at community events
  • Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your learning and development knowledge
Skills and Experience
  • Completion of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or college diploma certification in training design and delivery or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate in French and English is required (both written and verbal)
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in learning and development including sound knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience must include development of e-learning solutions
  • Experience creating and facilitating adult education courses
  • Experience with rapid e-learning software, preferably Articulate Storyline
  • Advanced experience with screen capture software and other graphics software
  • Expert computer literacy including excellent working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in graphic design using Photoshop and Acrobat or similar tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies
  • Familiarity with style guides for various industries is required
  • Advanced experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a readily changing, deadline-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate written and oral information and ideas clearly and concisely
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and lead diverse groups and work with all levels of internal and external team members
  • Experience with technical writing and/or editing course materials in the business/accounting industry is an asset
