Job Description

Our retail client is looking for an Instructional Design Tester for an 18 week contract. This is a remote opportunity, with options to work hybrid in their Mississauga office. Candidates must be local to the greater Toronto Area to be considered.The Position
The Instructional Design Tester involves reviewing and testing eLearning modules and instructional materials to ensure they meet quality standards, function correctly, and align with design specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, a keen eye for detail, and experience in evaluating digital learning content.Key Responsibilities:

• Test and evaluate eLearning courses, modules, and training materials for functionality, usability, and design accuracy.
• Identify and report any issues related to content, navigation, interactivity, and multimedia.
• Provide feedback on course flow, clarity, and learner engagement.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to address issues and ensure timely revisions.
• Ensure all content adheres to quality standards and meets project objectives.

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, such as Instructional Design, Learning Development, and/or LMS Coordination
• Proven experience with Articulate, and SCORM packages
• Experience with design and development of eLearning, Job Aids, Videos, Simulations, ILT/VILTs, Infographics, User Guides, etc.
• Proven experience working in an agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
