Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, the Retail Sales Associate will collaborate with the Sales Manager to accomplish sales objectives and undertake key responsibilities within the retail environment. Specific duties include:
Assisting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by providing an exceptional customer service experience. Organizing, displaying, and stocking retail merchandise to ensure a well-maintained product presentation. Warmly welcoming and engaging customers, delivering friendly and professional service. Addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and assisting customers in finding the products they seek. Collaborating with fellow team members across departments to maintain cohesive operations and ensure overall store efficiency.
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid PAL Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of sales and retail industry practices. Enthusiastic, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Collaborative mindset, demonstrating effective teamwork with colleagues and other departments. Flexibility in adapting to work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
