What you'll do:
Upgrade, set up and repair customers' computers in-store
Provide technical support online via chat or on the phone
Recommend appropriate Geek Squad services based on customer needs
Keep us organized by completing service notes and handling customer property according to guidelines
Share your passion for tech to create an amazing customer experience
What we're looking for:
Must be at least 18 years old
Computer diagnostic & repair experience
Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
Excellent communication skills
