Ancaster Wireless is a small, family-owned, rural internet company. We are looking for individuals to help expand and upgrade our current rural wireless network. We are seeking a Full-Time Installation Professional that thrives in a collaborative team environment while demonstrating attention to detail in the delivery of excellent customer service that builds on our company's commitment to delivering high-quality service standards.By joining Ancaster Wireless will have the unique opportunity to help bring fast, reliable internet to families and businesses that have not been able to get reliable access to the internet.Responsibilities:

• Installing telecommunications equipment on towers
• Climbing towers of up to 100 meters
• Assisting with installations of internet equipment, including routers at customer sites and cabling
• Expected to work safely and utilize safety equipment
• Other various tasks around our shop and job sites
• Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Track all equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Ability to prioritize and multitask and work under pressure.
• Must understand the concept of excellent customer service and deliver on it.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently, show initiative and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Ontario Class "G" license in good standing, clean drivers abstract will be required
• Must be comfortable working at heights- training will be provided, previous training is an asset
• Able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Self-directed, proactive and hardworking
• No specific previous experience necessary will train the right candidate
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per weekSalary: $45,396.00-$57,684.00 per yearAdditional pay:
