Security Alarm & Camera System Installer neededLocal Edmonton Home Automation, A/V & Security Company is looking for a highly motivated, strong work ethic and client focused individual with at least 2 years related field experience.Successful candidates will possess: -Minimum of 2 years' experience in Security Alarm System Installation and Support-Minimum of 2 years' experience in Security Camera System Installation and Support-Minimum of 2 years' experience in Low Voltage Cable installation, Terminations, testing-Knowledge of a network configuration such as IP's, Port Forwarding, Router Setup, etc is an asset.-Possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose any issues.-Bondable (RCMP background check mandatory), clean driving record, reliable transportation, strong spoken and written communications skills.-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.-Ability to work on ladders and lifts both in and outdoors.-Eagerness to learn and adapt to everchanging technology.-Candidate must be physically fit as a fair bit of installation would include climbing, lifting and require mobility.-Related field Technical Certifications are an asset.Responsibilities and Functions include (but not limited to): -Installation of Security Alarm Systems.-Installation of Security Camera Systems.-Installation of Low Voltage/Structured Wiring, Wall/Floor Racks, Routers, Cabling Terminations, Testing.-Working with our Project Manager to meet timelines and client expectations.-Occasional out of town travel is requiredAbout us: -We are Edmonton's Premier Provider for Home Automation, Audio/Video and Security since 2004.-We provide a great working environment in which to grow both personally and professionally-Full Employee Benefits (after probationary period).-Cell Phone Allowance-Safety, Lift & First Aid Training included.Job Type: Full-time, Permanent-Salary commensurate with experienceSalary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $25.00-$30.00 per hourAdditional pay:
