ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Installer Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced installers to help build patios, louvered roofs, and screen enclosures. This is an entry-level role with full training provided. You'll support the crew by preparing materials, keeping job sites safe and organized, and assisting with installations from start to finish.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on experience, you may:

Assist with the installation of custom patio enclosures, louvered roofs, and screen systems Cut and prepare materials under supervision Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe Follow safety protocols and work closely with your supervisor Help maintain tools and stock vehicles Support warehouse and occasional trade show setup as needed Travel locally to job sites

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone reliable, motivated, and ready to work. No experience is required since we provide full training, but consistency, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential. To succeed in this role, you should:

Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and consistent attendance Be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work Be comfortable using tools and ladders (or willing to learn) Pay attention to detail and take pride in quality work Enjoy working as part of a team in a hands-on environment
