: Installation Technician Supervisor

Part Time Labor with potential of Full Time

Nahorniak Service Inc. was established in 2007 with our head office in Saskatoon, since than we have expanded into Kelowna. As this is a growing market for our company you can expect to be travelling to help grow the business throughout the Interior.

Our specialty is Modular walls. We install, dismantle and reconfigure wall systems in Corporate and small business settings. We have previous experience with multiple wall systems such as Falk and Steelcase. We now only install DIRTT as our primary partner. Nahorniak Service also offers corporate office moves and carpet replacement services.

Our company is offering competitive compensation starting at $20 per hour. Wages increase with job development and experience level.

Travel is required. All accommodation, meals and transportation costs are covered. Nahorniak service will pay travel time; hours on the road or time in the air only on travel days. If accommodation is Air BNB, Nahorniak Service will pay for meals and provide groceries. If accommodation is a hotel the company will provide $55 dollars a day for meal allowance.

While working on the road our team would generally be working 10 - 12 hour days 6 days a week with Sundays off. It is not the desire of the company to have our employees be out of town for more than 10 days. However, exceptions must be made up to 14 days.

We have a shared cost benefit program that includes Medical, Dental and Optical after meeting job requirements and a 90 day probation period.

Nahorniak Service supplies all uniforms, safety equipment and tools required to get the job completed.

Employees are responsible for steel toed boots up until the end of the probation period of 90 day; after that Nahorniak Service will provide a $300 allowance annually upon management approval.

Pay Days are every second Monday. The exception is if a stat holiday lands on a Monday, in this situation paydays will be on Tuesday.

Employee Responsibility:

- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 130 lb and moving DIRTT frames up and down stairs on offload day

- A valid or expired Fork lift ticket- Nahorniak Service is willing to pay for reissuance

- Must maintain professional image; clean uniforms and language in working environment.

- Be able to maintain composure and professionalism through out the scope of work, as a strong example for the rest of the team.

-Must be willing to train other employees; as well as complete any safety training required in order to be awarded future projects.

- Employee must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test as some jobs require this as a prerequisite to be on site

-Have current SCOT or CSTS Certificate- Nahorniak Service is able to help obtain all necessary construction safety certification

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
