Summary
We are seeking an Installation Manager to join our dynamic team at AccessSMT/CP Distributors. In this role, you will oversee the installation processes of our high-quality products across various projects, ensuring that every installation meets our standards of excellence while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage installation teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process.
Develop and implement installation plans that align with project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor installation progress, addressing any issues that arise to maintain project flow.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations.

Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the construction or installation industry.
