About Red Deer Carpet One:

Red Deer Carpet One is a locally owned flooring retailer dedicated to delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We're proud of our team-focused environment and are looking for a dependable Installation Crew Facilitator to support our growing installation and warehouse departments.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming flooring shipments Safely load and unload materials (up to 50 lbs) Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization Cut carpet orders for installers and delivery teams Assemble delivery orders prior to being set out Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided) Explain why the Toronto Maple Leafs are the absolute worst Assist with showroom deliveries and occasional installations Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required Ability to lift and move heavy materials Valid Class 5 driver's license required Forklift certification is a plus In depth knowledge of K-Pop Demon Hunters Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
