We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be reliable and prompt. Being on the taller side is an asset. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in various tent construction tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your ability to work collaboratively with others and be personable with our clients and other team members contribute significantly to our success. We are all in this together!

Duties

Working as a member of a team you would help set up and take down tents and equipment at sites throughout the lower mainland. Load and unload our trucks to insure we have everyhting we need for the upcoming jobs. Drive our company owned trucks and trailers to the job site. A class 5 Drivers licence is required, and the canidate should have a good driver history. perform the daily pretrip vehicle check and insure that the paerwork is filled out. Collaborate with team members to build structures according to layout plans. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Must be prompt and realiable. We pride ourselves on our reputation of keeping our commitements. Being on time helps us achive this. A standard class 5 drivers licence. Our trucks and trailers are basic Ford 350 Trucks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients efficiently. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day. Washing the tents and walls and keeping the warehouse and vehicles clean. Being on the taller side is an asset.
