Position Summary:



As a member of our team, you will perform equipment maintenance on residential sites. With a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity, you will answer questions and resolve customer concerns.



Responsibilities:



Responsible for maintenance of HVAC equipment within residential environments. Performing service and/or cleaning of IAQ products and equipment, as well as soldering, welding, brazing and performing minor field fabrication. Responsible for delivery of excellent service to residential customers and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an effective manner. Prepare material requisition forms.

Qualifications:



The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess all valid licensing or certifications as required by provincial or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area. A license in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration an asset. Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the residential HVAC field. Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects. The successful candidate will also have the ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems with electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems on HVAC equipment. Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service. The ability to work occasional overtime and weekend hours as required. The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.
