Inspirator (Health Coach) – Part Time Remote We are offering you the opportunity to build a meaningful career with an innovative Digital Health company. Your Position: We are looking for an Inspirator (Health Coach). This role is for you if you are looking for a flexible, part-time position (20 hours/week). We will work with your schedule and our client’s needs to design the perfect schedule.
A typical day at work you'll be:

• Actively support and educate participants on Nutrition, Exercise and Wellbeing during their sustainable habit change journey
• Supporting participants to help make change happen AND hold them accountable to their goals
• Building strong relationships to inspire, engage and motivate each individual participant
• Identifying changes in your participants and helping them maintain the progress they make
• Speaking to participants across the US and Canada through any and all means; phone, video, text, email
• Keeping excellent records on participant information, activity, responses, and feedback
• Tracking your participants progress through monitoring and reports

Your must haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in EITHER : Health Science; Nutrition; Kinesiology or Fitness; Psychology; or Behavior Counselling
• Savvy with Technology/Computers
• Savvy with MS Office/Excel Spreadsheet/Outlook/PowerPoint
• Excellent communicator and a motivator

• Successful candidates will go through two to three interviews, including a group interview, as well as be asked to complete a Personality Test.
