Offrir une exp\xc3\xa9rience d\xe2\x80\x99atelier exceptionnelle en encourageant la participation des membres au programme hebdomadaire de changement de comportement pour soutenir leur parcours.

\xc3\x89tablir des liens solides dans la communaut\xc3\xa9 sur les r\xc3\xa9seaux sociaux et rechercher les occasions de cr\xc3\xa9er des partenariats conformes \xc3\xa0 la marque, d\xe2\x80\x99attirer de nouveaux membres et de cr\xc3\xa9er de la notori\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 en repr\xc3\xa9sentant WW lors d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements communautaires internes et externes.

Participer au recrutement et \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9tention des membres en \xc3\xa9tablissant des relations avec eux et en leur fournissant le soutien, les outils ou les produits dont ils ont besoin pour r\xc3\xa9ussir.

Fournir un encadrement du changement de comportement en veillant \xc3\xa0 ce que les membres se sentent vus, entendus et soutenus, en r\xc3\xa9pondant aux messages des membres avec d\xc3\xa9termination, en encourageant les membres \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9fl\xc3\xa9chir, \xc3\xa0 apprendre, \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre des probl\xc3\xa8mes et \xc3\xa0 cr\xc3\xa9er des plans d\xe2\x80\x99action ainsi qu\xe2\x80\x99en accueillant les nouveaux membres.

Ma\xc3\xaetriser les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux ou la cr\xc3\xa9ation de contenu;

\xc3\x8atre passionn\xc3\xa9 par le mieux-\xc3\xaatre et \xc3\xaatre membre actif de WW ou avoir le d\xc3\xa9sir de le devenir;

Avoir une capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9coute active hors pair afin de pouvoir offrir de l\xe2\x80\x99aide \xc3\xa0 nos membres;

Avoir de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en animation de groupes, un atout;

\xc3\x8atre en mesure de vous rendre aux emplacements des ateliers du secteur;

\xc3\x8atre int\xc3\xa9ress\xc3\xa9 par un horaire flexible et \xc3\xa0 temps partiel;

Pouvoir soulever 11,3 kg (25 lb) pour approvisionner les \xc3\xa9tag\xc3\xa8res en produits destin\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la vente au grand public.

What you will do

While having a ton of fun you\xe2\x80\x99ll also be responsible for member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales - all this while working flexible hours!

Here\xe2\x80\x99s a quick snapshot of what you can expect:

Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.

Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness, representing WW at internal and external community events.

Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building with member and providing them the support, tools or products they need to be successful.

Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported - respond to members\xe2\x80\x99 posts with purpose, encouraging members to reflect, learn, problem-solve and create action plans, welcoming new members.

Who you are

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you need to bring to the table:

Social media savvy or content creator

Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one

Excellent at active listening to be able to provide our members with assistance.

Experienced at facilitating a group, preferred

Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory

Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule
