Insights and Analytics Manager
sMedia is North America\'s leading digital technology company for automotive dealerships. We empower dealerships to adapt and thrive during the current digital transformation wave. sMedia is seeking an Insights and Analytics Manager to deliver customer-focused analytics solutions.
In this role, the Insights and Analytics Manager will analyze customer campaign performance against defined campaign objectives, present findings, make strategic recommendations to optimize future performance, and provide leadership and guidance to our Measurement team.
Reports to: Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop domain expertise in the client\xe2\x80\x99s business space to drive results.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to measurement and analytics team members, including performance reviews.
- Demonstrate a grasp of the fundamental importance of clean data to empower successful digital marketing initiatives, in support of larger business objectives.
- Implement Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, configuring and customizing tools appropriately.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advertising tracking events on platforms such as Facebook, Microsoft, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Work closely with our Measurement and Ad Operations teams to create measurement strategies and ensure analytics integrity for our clients.
- Continue to build and lead sMedia\xe2\x80\x99s Automotive Standards Council measurement plan.
- Identify gaps in existing implementations and recommend solutions to enhance data collection, promote scalability, and drive best practices.
- Provide help in quality assurance to ensure things are executed correctly.
- Build systems to ensure analytics quality and consistency.
- Update and advise the team on best practices to ensure data compliance and leverage modern solutions.
- Conduct analysis, proactively develop metrics, analyze user behavior, and uncover insights, to aid in the production of regular reports, leveraging our data sources.
- Help sMedia develop our new measurement and audience solutions.
Your Background:
- Experience in using and implementing web analytical tools, such as (but not limited to) Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, etc.
- Experience in Google Analytics migration to GA4
- Experience with digital marketing platform tracking tags including Microsoft UET, Facebook Pixel and Google Ads
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, PHP, and other web-related languages.
