As an Inside Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing knowledgeable advice on agricultural conveyor parts. You are not just processing transactions -- you are building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.
Duties
Engage customers in a consultative sales process to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions.
Maintain a strong knowledge of grain bin systems, conveyors, parts, power transmission, etc.
Create and process sales orders, quotations, and part sales.
Assist customers on-site, by phone, and by email with technical product inquiries.
Support purchasing department, inventory management, and sales department.
Support post-sales activities by offering technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Stay current on new product lines, promotions, and technical specifications.
Contribute to a high-performance sales environment focused on exceeding customer expectations.
Experience
Minimum 1 years' experience in inside sales, preferably in agricultural or construction industries
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical retail environment.
Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using MS products, (Auto-Cad an asset)
