This individual will be responsible for assisting LendCare customers and partners with any questions regarding personal loans for health or veterinary care services.Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our customers are always receiving a superior customer experience during every interaction
• Respond to customer questions and requests (through telephone, chat, and email)
• Identify the customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
• Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services

Requirements:

• Full time availability (40 hours/week) to work in our Pickering, ON head office
• Bilingual English/French is an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Financial services, healthcare support, or veterinary care support background are an asset
• 1-year experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred

Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts - 9AM to 5PM, 11AM to 7PM, 1PM to 9PM (to support our West Coast customers); occassional Saturday workAdditional Requirements for Internal Candidates:

• Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
• Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
• In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
