Job Title: Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

The Marketing Coordinator/Manager will develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and support the sales pipeline. This role will manage digital presence, create impactful content, identify market opportunities, and implement effective marketing and sales enablement strategies to align with Forestdale's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification Develop and execute strategies for effective lead generation and qualification. Conduct cold outreach initiatives aligned with ICP and UVP. Digital Presence Management Manage and update the company website to maintain accurate, impactful, and current content. Oversee social media accounts to build brand awareness, credibility, and engagement. Content Creation & Sales Literature Develop sales presentations, literature, brochures, and other marketing collateral. Create visual and written content (photos, videos, graphics, blogs) aligned with Forestdale's marketing language and branding standards. Strategic Marketing & Analysis Identify and document market opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Develop and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to target high-value opportunities. Map the customer journey and identify key touchpoints for marketing and sales alignment. Define and document Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) and Unique Value Propositions (UVPs) to support sales strategy and communications. Marketing Campaign Management Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead conversion. Oversee the development of a company blog, aligning with SEO and brand objectives. Coordinate marketing projects such as trade shows, events, and customer appreciation activities. Brand Development Support the development and implementation of Forestdale's brand strategy. Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all channels. Other Duties Perform additional marketing and sales support duties as required to support business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to create media and content aligned with Forestdale's tone, branding, and technical accuracy. Self-driven and capable of establishing marketing procedures independently. Results-focused with strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Collaborative team player able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience in content creation: photography, videography, graphic design, and writing.
Nice to Have

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) on Windows. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, or equivalent marketing and lead generation tools. Understanding of the contract manufacturing market, metal fabrication processes, or B2B industrial marketing.
