Job Description
Our growing Mississauga client who is a leader in door hardware and security products is looking for a Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years related experience with strong customer service skills. The following are the responsibilities:
- Respond to counter, email and phone inquiries from clients and sell appropriate products based on their needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide confident product knowledge.
- Phone calls may include both warm leads and occasional cold calling.
- Be motivated and driven to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
- Input orders on computer system as required.
- Be comfortable with product line including: door hardware, locks, levers, and also security-related items. Training will be provided.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as individually as needed.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
