Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative

About the Role:

As part of the

Winnipeg

team, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers -- from answering technical questions and processing orders to ensuring they get the right products for the job. Your welding knowledge will help you succeed in this role, along with your attention to detail and ability to build great customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers Process orders, quotes, and inquiries via phone, email, and in person Maintain accurate records in our computer system Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure customer needs are met Assist with inventory management and stock organization Handle general administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

Welding knowledge is essential

Inside Sales experience is required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable learning and working with computer software and order systems A positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
