Job Summary:
The qualified candidate will have a customer-centric attitude. They will be expected to provide customer service & inside sales via emails or phones. This individual will prepare quotes in a timely manner. The customer service & inside sales will be friendly, well-spoken and willing to initiate and engage with customers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes
Processing orders through ERP computer system
Managing logistics & sales delivery
Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing and deliveries
Working closely with local sales agents to ensure customer needs are met
Contact local sales agents daily, sales negotiations and closing orders
Skills & Competencies
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to communicate with USA and Canada customers
Collaborative skills with attention to detail
Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time
Strong networking skills, outgoing personality
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Email)
Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
