We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Rep. to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our specials, products and services, and generating leads that contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to assist co-workers and our valued customers
Duties
Conduct outbound calls, emails etc. to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address any questions or concerns from potential customers.
Track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information.
Collaborate with the sales team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specials, products & services.
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards business development and achieving sales targets.
