Duties

Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales leads effectively. Conduct B2B sales activities, including negotiation and closing deals. Provide technical support and information about product features to assist customers in making informed decisions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop business strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries promptly. Assist in marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer preferences and trends. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related fields. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. Familiarity with technology sales, including technical sales concepts. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
