We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Customer Service Representative to join our small, dedicated team at our Coombs office.

This key position supports both our national customer base and sales team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication throughout the order process.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and process customer and sales orders Provide friendly and professional service via phone and email Prepare invoices, manage accounts receivable, and process payments Assist in maintaining digital platforms such as ordering portals and website content Coordinate shipping using online carrier platforms (UPS, Canpar, etc.) Maintain accurate order and product information using QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment Occasionally assist in the warehouse with unpacking or handling shipments (up to 40 lbs)

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service or office administration experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French an asset) Working knowledge of QuickBooks ERP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure Friendly, professional phone manner and positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits

Starting wage: $19-$22 per hour, depending on experience Monday to Friday work week - no weekends required Room to grow -- opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in bookkeeping, sales support, logistics, or operations Health/Wellness Spending Account Employee product discounts Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 (no weekends or evenings) Informal dress code and supportive, small-team environment Quiet, scenic location in Coombs -- an easy commute from Parksville or Qualicum Beach

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
