We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate and work hand in hand with shop personnel on order status, approvals, sequence Work with shop personnel to ensure appropriate product is ordered Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and enhance business development Leverage technology sales expertise to assist clients with product selection Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service delivery Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers Work with suppliers on product ordering for shop and office Write up and track work orders Create and submit invoices either via email or by phone and ensuring proper PO from client is received Taking client payment via terminal at front office

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management Strong skills in negotiation, and business development Mechanically inclined to problem solve and determine a solution Proficient in industrial sales, with an understanding of technical products Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions Experience using QuickBooks software is preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
