Job description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for inputting customer orders, completing paperwork processes in their department and maintaining showroom stock. We are looking for a reliable candidate that can work in a fast paced environment and is proficient in computer data entry. Familiarity and product knowledge in the construction industry is preferred.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Input customer orders and returns in compliance with store procedure
Work as a part of a team to ensure smooth operation with other departments
Be friendly, courteous and helpful to all customers and staff
Handle customer inquires and complaints
Complete purchase orders when necessary
Keep merchandise displays stocked and attractive
Acquire product knowledge
Maintain product price point and identify stock discrepancies
Be fully knowledgeable about company policy and procedures
Attend all training courses requested by management in relation to store procedures, safety, products, etc.
