Now, we're looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales/Client Relations Executive to be the voice of our mission, someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving growth.
Your Role in the Story
You'll be at the heart of our client engagement strategy, working from our corporate office in Barrie, Ontario to connect with new, past, and existing clients. You'll introduce, and yes, reintroduce, our investigative services, build trust, and help clients find clarity in complex situations.
This isn't just a sales job; it's a chance to be part of something challenging and meaningful.
What You'll Do
Prospect and engage clients provincially, nationally and grow internationally
Build lasting relationships and deliver tailored solutions
Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and attend occasional industry conferences
Meet and exceed KPIs with confidence and creativity
Own your sales process from start to finish
Who You Are
You've got 2+ years of inside B2B sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation
You're goal-oriented, organized, and love talking to people
You understand CRMs, KPIs, and the power of great communication
You're ready to grow, take ownership, and make an impact
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs accurately
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
What We Offer
Salary: $50,000-$55,000 (based on experience)
