About the position:

Priority tasks involve managing opportunities and projects, from initial quoting through production. The position is responsible for conducting and reporting business development activities based upon direction from the Territory Manager. Ideal candidates will be bilingual (French / English). This role reports into our Woodstock, Ontario office, but this is an ideal role for work from home.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Utilize Maglin's CRM system to manage all activities and maintain data on a daily basis Provide critical sales information and administrative reports within the designated timelines

Project Management Priorities



Promptly process orders and manage projects through the production cycle Promptly prepare and submit quotations and order confirmations Complete all opportunity management activities and ensure the achievement of all potential opportunities Provide timely response to information requests via the internet and telephone. Interact with customers to obtain credit information Follow up with customers to obtain deposits and pre-payments

Business Development



Contact identified prospects and obtain required contact information Qualify Leads as provided by Marketing Maintain relationships with specifying account contacts Sourcing, quoting, tracking and closing RFPs/tenders. Outbound calling to, and booking meetings with prospective customers and specifiers Follow up calls after binders sent / projects completed Follow up and reporting on Order Management
