Job Description

ABGi Canada, part of the SNEF Group, is looking to strengthen its sales team in Toronto by welcoming an ambitious and dynamic Inside Sales.

Role Overview





As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team throughout the commercial cycle. You'll be responsible for generating leads, maintaining accurate sales data in Salesforce, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about business development. This position offers strong opportunities for growth, with the possibility to evolve into a Business Development Manager role based on performance and experience.



Location





Position based in Toronto, with the possibility of hybrid work. Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs.



Responsibilities



Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients through calls, emails, and online channels.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage them through Salesforce.


Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of our services.


Support the Sales Manager by scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth follow-up with prospects.


Collaborate with consultants and the business development team to convert qualified opportunities into clients.


Contribute to the implementation of the commercial strategy and help optimize sales processes.


Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and annual sales objectives.


Required Qualifications



Strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable on the phone and in a fast-paced environment.

Results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.


Previous experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation is an asset.


Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Bilingual (French and English) is an advantage.
