They also handle any escalated calls or situations involving the sales team; being a liaison between clients and sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesA Support the sales teamA Verify the orders and returns received from sales repsA Process sales representativeaEUR(TM)s orders and returnsA Handle special/escalated requests from sales reps and regional managersA Process new frame releases & daily morning procedure.A Respond to customer calls and take orders;A Respond to customer questions regarding orders and deliveries;A Advise customers on products;A Resolve problemsA Execute other related tasksSuccessful candidates will haveA Minimum 2-3 years of experience of over the phone customer serviceA Minimum of a High School DiplomaA Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)A Intermediate communication skills in French (oral and written)A At ease with learning new computer programsA Experience working with sales representatives is an assetA Able to work in a fast pace environment and be able to multitaskA Able to work independently in a team environmentA Professional and respectful attitude.***Option to have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home)_______________________________________________________________________________________________________Vous voyez-vous travailler pour une entreprise familiale qui se concentre sur le bien-atre de ses employes ? RaleSoutien aux ventes a laEUR(TM)interne fournirez un soutien a notre equipe de vente et traiter les commandes des clients. Gerez egalement les appels en escalade ou les situations impliquant laEUR(TM)equipe de vente ; atre une liaison entre les clients et l'equipe de vente.Responsabilites PrincipalesA Soutenir l'equipe de venteA Verifier les commandes et les retours reaus des representantsA Traiter les commandes et les retours du commercialA Gerer les demandes speciales / progressives des representants des ventes et des directeurs regionauxA Traiter les nouvelles versions de cadre, les versions en attente et la verification quotidienne des commandesA Repondre aux appels des clients et prendre les commandes ;A Repondre aux questions des clients concernant les commandes et les livraisons ;A Conseiller les clients sur les produits ;A Resoudre les problamesA Executer d'autres taches connexesLes candidats doivent avoirA Minimum de 2 a 3 ans daEUR(TM)experience du service a la clientale par telephoneA Minimum d'un diplame d'etudes secondairesA Niveau excellente en communication en anglais (oral et ecrit)A Niveau intermediare en communication en franaais (oral et ecrit)A A l'aise avec l'apprentissage de nouveaux programmes informatiquesA Experience de travail avec des representants des ventes est un atoutA Capable de travailler dans un environnement rapide et de pouvoir effectuer plusieurs taches a la foisA Capable de travailler de maniare autonome dans un environnement d'equipe.A Attitude professionnelle et respectueuse.***Possibilite d'avoir un horaire hybride (3 jours au bureau, 2 jours a domicile)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $19.00-$22.00 per hourBenefits:
