Inside Sales & Support (ISS)The Opportunity: We are a fast growing TELUS dealership with a well-established territory, and some of the longest tenure in the industry. We are looking to add an Inside Sales and Support Representative based out of Red Deer. In this role you will be responsible for managing the relationship of existing business clients and TELUS professional installations. Calling current customers is a large part of this role requiring effective communication and confidence over the phone, and in-person. Summary: The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established 4L and TELUS standards of quality and accuracy. Drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results are necessary for successful job performance in hitting sales targets and providing excellent customer care. The quality of service and installations is always to the highest standard while maintaining a quick pace of work. The role requires specialized technical problem solving and ingenuity while working within approved organizational systems and technology, and the demonstration of the values of integrity, quality and caution. You will be working within a team of ISS reps with direct support and coaching from the ISS Manager. This role is structured with clear expectations and guidelines, providing direction on daily and monthly objectives. Role Responsibilities:
Meet minimum required sales quotas as set by management
Complete 100% attempts for all assigned call lists from TELUS and 4L
Support the outbound business team with onboarding and deployment
Complete TELUS Professional installations as needed
Achieve acceptable level of cross-sell products (Business Connect, TSB, Tracking, and IoT)
Drive customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships
Contract with customers on behalf of TELUS
Complete all necessary paperwork and processes to company standards
Stay abreast of company and competitor products, pricing, and solutions
Actively participate in team huddles and training
Continuous training and development opportunities
Maintain a professional image in appearance, conduct, and mannerisms
