Our Oakville, Ontario team is seeking a motivated and proactive Inside Sales Support professional to collaborate with our outside sales team, provide exceptional client service and support to strengthen customer relationships, and support key sales initiatives. This position will be onsite at our Oakville Showroom.
What you will do:
Complete accurate product take-offs from architectural drawings, elevations, and floor plans to prepare detailed quotes
Prepare and process customer product and service orders, submitting them to the production plant
Coordinate and schedule deliveries and service tickets with all relevant stakeholders
Act as a key liaison between sales representatives, builder/remodeler partners, and homeowner clients
Build, maintain, and support relationships with existing and prospective customers
Provide product expertise during showroom client meetings and product presentations, as applicable based on work location
What you will bring:
Proven customer service experience; experience within the building or construction industry is considered an asset
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, with familiarity in quoting systems and industry terminology
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to all stakeholders
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems, tools, and software
High level of computer proficiency, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
