CE Products ships ammunition reloading gear across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. We're a small team that thrives on great service, smooth operations, and a workday that's actually fun. Nobody here is a hardcore ammunition reloading expert, but what we are great at is helping people and getting things done.

The Opportunity

This is a multifaceted role for someone who loves talking to people, staying organized, and taking ownership of a niche product line. You'll be the go-to person for our reloading customers: handling orders, solving problems, prepping gear for shipment, and keeping our small but mighty operation running smoothly. If you're helpful by nature and like being "the one who knows what's going on," you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

Customer Support & Order Flow (60%)

Be the friendly voice customers talk to on the phone, email, and chat Process website orders into Shopify and our ERP Give updates, tracking info, and quick answers to keep customers happy Help troubleshoot simple product questions (we teach you everything) Prep equipment for sale (programming units, boxing them up) Keep tabs on what's happening in the segment and flag trends or issues Cover core customer service when the Sales Support Specialist is away

Operations & Service Support (40%)

Log incoming items for service and gather details from customers Set up returned items for evaluation Carefully strip non-repairable units for parts (surprisingly satisfying, actually) Assist with shipping docs when Operations needs a hand Help the warehouse team with picking/put-away during busy moments

What You Bring

A genuine desire to help people and make their day easier Friendly, confident communication, especiallyon the phone Strong organization and follow-through Comfort learning new systems and handling details carefully Curiosity and willingness to learn how technical gear works Ability to pitch in wherever needed

And yes -- you've got to love dogs and have reliable transportation to Komoka.

Pay: $42,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
