driven, experienced Inside Sales Supervisor
to lead our dynamic call centre team to new heights.

What You'll Do (A Typical Day)
Listen to 10 calls daily
, providing feedback and coaching to help reps crush their KPIs.
Use AI call rating tools
to evaluate performance and identify coaching opportunities.
Ensure all
voicemails, tasks, and deals
are up to date and properly tracked.
Oversee
chat assignments
and verify trust metrics with accuracy.
Jump on
sales or follow-up calls
during slower times to support the team and hit targets.
Review
call stats twice daily (11 AM & 2 PM)
-- motivate, coach, and adjust strategies in real time.
Manage
client cancellations
and renewal efforts, especially in the off-season.
Track and report
renewal rates
(revenue and client count) monthly.
Oversee
On-Time Delivery (OTD)
and maintain a clear, accurate
KPI sheet
for the team.
What You Bring to the Team
Proven
supervisory experience
in an inside sales or call centre environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills -- you know how to inspire performance.
High energy and a positive mindset that boosts team morale.
Strong organizational and data-tracking abilities; you love keeping KPIs on point.
Comfortable using CRM systems and AI-driven performance tools.
A passion for helping people grow -- both clients and your team.
Location & Work Model
Hybrid flexibility:
Our ideal candidate will be in the office
at least one day per week
to connect with the team and support collaboration. That said, we welcome talented candidates who work primarily remotely.
Training:
A paid
mandatory 1-week in-office training
will be required (transportation provided) to get you fully onboarded and set up for success.
