Our client is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Supervisor to join their organization in Mississauga, ON.

This role is ideal for a self-starter with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a sales support role where you will grow existing accounts, find new business, and manage OEM and Tier 1 customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales process from first contact to order entry
Make outbound sales calls based on qualified leads
Work collaboratively with Customer Service on requests for quotations
Reach key decision-makers and qualify new business opportunities
Build customer sales strategies, action plans, and develop new accounts
Provide exceptional post-sales support
Ensure service excellence across all sales channels
Collaborate with internal teams to expedite high-priority parts
Represent the company at customer visits, seminars, and trade shows (travel required)
Requirements
Sales experience in the automotive industry
College diploma or university degree
Valid driver's license and passport; willingness to travel
Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Excel
Experience working directly with large OEMs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Resiliency and the ability to handle rejection in a sales environment
Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset
Dependable work ethic with a high level of initiative
Strong math and technical aptitude
Knowledge of machine tools, automation, and/or vehicle general assembly is preferred
