Les representants commerciaux non itinerants d'I-MED Pharma exercent une influence directe et significative sur la reussite actuelle et future de notre entreprise. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste est responsable d'assister l'equipe des ventes en devenant une ressource de confiance pour elle et pour les parties prenantes, contribuant ainsi a accroitre la part de marche de nos produits dans son territoire designe. La personne choisie atteindra les objectifs commerciaux grace a ses excellentes aptitudes en televente et en communication. Elle developpera egalement sa production de recettes par telephone en trouvant des clients potentiels, en effectuant des appels de prospection et en maintenant des relations durables avec les clients actuels et potentiels.



Fonctions du poste

Produire des rapports hebdomadaires et presenter des mises a jour sur la gestion des relations avec la clientele. Avec la formation fournie, maitriser la connaissance des produits pour les maladies de la surface oculaire et devenir une ressource capable de former le personnel medical. Effectuer de la prospection par telephone aupres de pistes de clients generees par des sources externes. Determiner qui sont les decideurs parmi les pistes ciblees afin d'amorcer le processus de vente. Percer tous les comptes cibles et faire rayonner les ventes au sein meme de clientele. Collaborer avec l'equipe des ventes pour determiner les approches commerciales strategiques necessaires. Maintenir et enrichir la base de donnees de clients potentiels de l'entreprise. Preparer et presenter des argumentaires de vente, des demonstrations sur les produits et services et d'autres actions commerciales. Lorsque necessaire, soutenir les efforts de marketing, notamment dans le cadre de salons commerciaux, d'expositions et d'autres evenements. Effectuer des suivis aupres des clients actuels par telephone ou courriel a des fins de vente croisee et incitative. Repondre aux appels non sollicites de clients potentiels et les convertir en ventes. Entrer les donnees sur les nouveaux clients dans la base de donnees de l'entreprise et apporter les modifications necessaires aux comptes existants. Examiner et regler les problemes de service a la clientele. Participer a des formations periodiques en vente, le cas echeant.

Exigences

Baccalaureat en sciences ou en administration des affaires ou experience equivalente, un minimum Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit Au moins deux ans d'experience avec un logiciel de gestion de la relation client a grande echelle, de preference Salesforce Competences superieures en vente, notamment dans la gestion du processus et du cycle de vente, la planification, la vente axee sur les besoins, l'analyse et le suivi apres appel, la creation de liens avec les clients et la conclusion de ventes. Excellentes aptitudes en relations humaines et en communication (a l'oral et a l'ecrit) Bon raisonnement analytique et competences en planification, en etablissement des priorites et en execution Excellentes competences en analyse de donnees et maitrise de Microsoft Excel, y compris les tableaux croises dynamiques Motivation et sens de l'organisation Grand souci du detail et haute precision Solide ethique de travail et attitude positive Excellente capacite a travailler en equipe et competences en consolidation d'equipe

Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting customers and sales representatives by resolving inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction with our products and services, and facilitating sales through effective communication and service strategies. An important function of this role is to grow the business through identifying sales trends through analytics which allows for otherwise unseen opportunities. This individual will develop their phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. This role is also responsible for maximizing the Salesforce CRM capabilities and ensuring data integration.



Job Duties

Perform in-depth regional and sales territory analyses identifying trends and potential sales opportunities for growth. Maintain the territory alignment. Collaborate with the sales team to determine the necessary strategic sales approaches. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects. Understand Salesforce in a 'Super-user" capacity. Manage the CRM to ensure the necessary tools are provided for all users (i.e., dashboards). Document all customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce). Call on accounts proactively and in a follow-up capacity to drive sales and educate clients (Pharma and/or AH) Upsell and cross-sell during customer calls to drive sales. (Pharma and/or AH) Follow up on leads with detailed customer profiles and action plans. (Pharma and/or AH) Manage routine account requests and provide information on products and services. (Pharma and/or AH) Respond to info@ emails (Pharma and/or AH) Keep customer records updated in CRM/SAGE. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage feedback. Develop and manage accounts, identifying and leveraging sales opportunities. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all customer interactions. Sound understanding and support of the B2B2C program/platform. Creating B2B2C client contracts and understanding auto-renewal process Support product recalls when necessary. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions. Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events. Sending territory announcements to clients via Salesforce emails Sound understanding of how to manage the Master Data file and providing daily numbers. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database. Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues. Attend sales training where applicable. Provide support to the order processing team when necessary. Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

Customer-oriented focus to ensure a positive customer experience. Bachelor's degree Bilingual (French & English) Proven experience in customer service or inside sales roles, ideally in a similar industry Strong written/verbal communication and people skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proficiency in CRM software and data entry; familiarity with SAGE or Salesforce is an asset. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel Skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution to manage complaints and issues adeptly. Sales skills with the capability to upsell and cross-sell products. * Self-motivated, organized, and takes initiative.
