We are looking for a talented

Inside Sales Specialist

to join our growing team and make their mark in a fast-paced, professional, and fun environment. As an integral member of our sales team, your strong communication and customer engagement experience will play a fundamental role in developing business and delivering effective wireless solutions to key customers.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer sales enquiries in a timely and accurate manner Assist with building and maintaining credible customer relationships Developing sales leads from tradeshows, company database and online search resources Support Sales organization in pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer communications, event promotion and follow-up Making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding and interpreting customer requirements, providing technical information to both clients and internal support teams Initiate customer requirements definition (qualify leads) and help drive discussions with technical team internally (through quote and proposal fulfilment) Interact with Sales and Marketing team to support sales presentations and marketing campaigns, including researching and identifying potential customers Participate as a technical sales resource at trade shows and conferences (as required) Occasional travel within North America may be required Assist with coordination of online customer training courses

Must Haves:



Strong communications, presentation and writing skills in a customer-focused environment Good technical background and passion to build a career in the wireless industry Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with ability to build and maintain credible relationships with customers and cross-functional teams Knowledge of radio communications technology with basic understanding of DAS industry Team player who is self-motivated with initiative to work independently and pro-actively Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and clarify customer enquiries Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines with focus on results Possess demonstrable skills in customer-centric selling and a proven track record using it to help drive revenue

Qualifications and Experience:



5+ years inside sales support experience in mobile communications. Preference will be given to candidates with in-depth DAS knowledge and experience Basic understanding of 2-Way radio systems or cellular technology Understanding of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) applications is required Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams Highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn new technology Excellent attention to detail

Education:



Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related discipline preferred Qualified industry experience will be considered

Location:



Remote: Ontario, Canada (but also consider remote position for candidates that can work Eastern Time zone)
