Inside Sales Specialist - Dealer Relations & Sales Focus

As an

Inside Sales Specialist

, you will play a pivotal role in

driving dealer sales

,

strengthening relationships

within our established dealer network and national accounts, and supporting the field sales team. Your primary focus will be to generate growth through proactive engagement with assigned dealers and national accounts across Canada, providing personalized, VIP-level support that fosters loyalty, enhances customer satisfaction, and builds long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with Territory Sales Managers, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver targeted solutions, promote new product offerings, and strategically grow our presence within the outdoor power equipment market.

Responsibilities Include:



Proactively manage and grow sales with assigned dealers through

regular outbound calls, virtual meetings, and email communications

Drive business growth by prospecting and cultivating relationships with dealer and national accounts. Build lasting relationships with dealers by understanding their needs, offering tailored product solutions, and delivering

exceptional service

Identify new sales opportunities within existing dealer & national accounts and

maximize participation in sales promotions and seasonal booking programs

Serve as a key point of contact for

product recommendations, pricing, inventory availability

, and lead times Provide expert guidance on product applications and market trends to help dealers increase sell-through Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to align regional sales strategies and dealer development plans Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and account interactions within CRM tools Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs Support dealers with order processing, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience Share dealer feedback with internal teams to help refine product offerings and improve service processes

Key Qualifications:



2-3 years of proven success in

inside sales

,

account management

, or

dealer/channel sales



Industry experience in

outdoor power equipment

or

equipment sales

is highly preferred

Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field (University degree or 3-year college diploma) (Desirable)

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable making outbound sales calls and growing business through consultative selling

Effective communicator with excellent presentation and follow-up skills

Familiarity with territory management and CRM systems

A self-starter with a passion for sales, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement

CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designation is an asset

Knowledge of turf care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance a plus

Ability to travel domestically without restrictions and develop sensitivity towards the particularities of different regional markets

Must maintain a valid G driver's license with a clean abstract

This position is located in London, Ontario and is an on-site position at the ECHO Canada Head Office.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
