About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist who thrives in a high-growth, consumer-focused sales environment. You are passionate about helping customers find the right product solutions and excel at closing over the phone and through virtual demos.

In this role, you will engage customers across North America by phone and video, guide them through the decision-making process, demonstrate products virtually, and convert inbound leads. If you're a self-starter who has mastered the art and science of direct sales, this is a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers over the phone to understand needs and guide them through the purchase decision. Conduct virtual product demonstrations and book sales appointments. Use provided training resources and sales tools to hit performance targets. Manage and advance leads through a CRM with consistent documentation and follow-up discipline. Learn the product line, competitive landscape, and key selling features. Assess customer motivations and tailor conversations to their challenges and goals. Apply a creative selling mindset to overcome objections and close sales. Occasionally participate in home demos or event-based sales engagements when required.

Core Competencies

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Previous inside sales experience is an asset Strong objection-handling and closing skills. High energy, passion, and drive for results. Focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing outcomes. Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred). Creative thinker who is open to testing new approaches to improve results.
