Inside Sales

. This position will serve as a vital role in supporting our current team of experts and our customers.

Job Duties:

Responsible for completing the order process which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins; sourcing of additional products; and generating sales orders. Prepare quotes and input orders into the system in a timely manner.. Provide customers with accurate pricing, inventory, and specific delivery information. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone and email communications, aiming to drive additional sales opportunities. Assist in preparing quotations and processing orders for outside sales team. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently Continuously improve sales and product knowledge by active involvement in both inside and outside sales training Handle incoming customer complaints in a prompt and courteous manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing within the industrial supply sector Familiarity with technology including Microsoft Office and Google High level of commitment to exceptional customer service. Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-based environment. Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking on a regular basis Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timely execution Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
