We are an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders and dump boxes. With over 25 years in business, we've proven to be a leader in the development and production of innovative and robust agricultural farm equipment.We have two production facilities in Ontario located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our products are manufactured in our Glencoe facility and then transported to Thamesville for final assembly and shipping.The Opportunity
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Thamesville, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consistently high levels of customer service through the sales, ordering, and stocking of parts in a busy manufacturing environment. This individual will be expected to meet individual and team sales targets. The core responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Establishing strong customer relationships with our Dealerships by providing quality customer service
• Managing inventory and ordering parts to provide effective solutions to meet our customers' needs
• Receiving parts into the ERP system, ensuing that all parts are labelled and put into inventory correctly
• Communicating information about our parts, including their function, cost, application, and warranty coverage
• Locating the required parts in inventory, and upselling any related parts
• Staging orders to be shipped

• Assisting the manager in resolving discrepancies between the computer inventory and actual parts available
• Participating in physical inventory counts
• Managing RMAs with Dealerships
• Building a working knowledge of seasonal requirements for parts and the requirements for parts that arise as a result of recalls or specials
• Collaborating with the various internal departments (i.e. Service, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production) to problem solve and develop creative solutions that cater to our customers' needs

• Has 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales (experience in a manufacturing / production environment is preferred)
• Has previous ERP system experience
• Is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work on a production floor
• Is detail oriented and can effectively manage competing priorities
• Has good computer operation skills and is fluent in the Microsoft Suite of products
• Is physically fit and can lift up to 50 lbs.
